Baby prep's School

Meet Sarah of @milksprouts, Amey of @azbreastfedbabies, and Kelly of @kellyibclc - three lactation experts who have teamed up to create Baby Prep University, an online platform that equips new and expecting families with the knowledge and skills needed to navigate the world of breastfeeding and infant care.

Sarah (left) is a registered nurse, Internattional Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC), and mother of four who has helped countless families overcome breastfeeding, pumping, and bottle feeding challenges. Her expertise in lactation and maternal-infant health has been honed over years of experience working in the hospital, her community and in her private practice. With a background in psychology as well Sarah is dedicated to providing families with the support and guidance they need to thrive. 

Amey (middle) is also a registered nurse, international board certified lactation consultant (IBCLC) and mom of three who has been helping families achieve their breastfeeding goals for over a decade. She is passionate about empowering families with evidence-based information and practical strategies for success.

Kelly (right) is a registered dietitian, an international board certified lactation consultant (IBCLC) and mother of two who brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise from her background in nutrition and orofacial myology to Baby Prep University. Her background in nutrition and gut health gives baby prep university a leg up.  She eloquently connects both worlds of nutrition and lactation to benefit both mom and baby in the classes she leads for BPU.

Together, these three experts have created Baby Prep University, an innovative online platform that offers a range of lactation classes designed to help families prepare for the arrival of their little ones. From basic breastfeeding techniques to advanced problem-solving strategies, Baby Prep University covers everything parents need to know to ensure a successful breastfeeding journey.
